Cochran & Mann will provide exceptional painting and wallcovering services to over 865,000 sq. ft. of mixed-use and retail spaces, residential units, and garage parking areas in Reston.
Frederick, MD – Cochran & Mann, a commercial painting and wallcovering contractor based in Frederick, Md., is proud to continue over 30 years of success by working with Boston Properties, Inc. to complete the Block D section of the new Reston Town Center Next project.
Currently under construction, the Block D portion of the Reston Town Center, Next project features 865,650 sq. ft. of mixed-used space, 78,000 sq. ft. of office space, 12,000 sq. ft. of retail space, 408 residential units, and 206,700 sq. ft. of parking space. Cochran & Mann will provide interior and exterior painting, high-performance coatings, and elastomeric coatings to surfaces throughout the building. This will be Cochran & Mann's third major residential highrise project in Reston having worked on "The Avant at Reston Town Center" and "The BLVD at Reston Station" for Boston Properties and Comstock respectively.

The Reston Town Center Next Project is a massive undertaking requiring the help of many different companies and industries. With the recent opening of the Silver Line Metro stop, RTC seeks to add hundreds of retail and food industry jobs with the planned opening of dozens of restaurants and retail stores. The Cochran & Mann team is honored to be alongside the project architect, Solomon Cordwell Buenez, and the project builder group, Clark Construction.
