Cochran & Mann will provide exceptional painting and wallcovering services to over 539,000 sqft of mixed-use and collaborative spaces in the Harbor Point area along the Baltimore waterfront.
Frederick, MD – Cochran & Mann, a commercial painting and wallcovering contractor based in Frederick, MD, is proud to continue over 30 years of success by working with Armada Hoffler Construction to complete the new T. Rowe Price Global Headquarters along the Baltimore waterfront.
With construction already underway, the project is slated to be completed in 2024. The T. Rowe Price Global Headquarters Building will feature two seven-story office buildings linked by a sleek all-glass lobby atrium. The space will include over 530,000 sqft consisting of meeting rooms, conference centers, amenities, and much more for its 2,500 local employees. Cochran & Mann will provide expert specialty services, including multi-color interior finishes with Scuffmaster paints, painted wood trims, and various wallcoverings throughout the buildings.

The T. Rowe Price Global Headquarters Building is a massive undertaking that also means moving from its previous location on Pratt Street, which opened in 1975. This project will serve as a fresh start for the company and its employees, and we are excited to play a part in it.
