McDonald have both been promoted to Vice president. They have both demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in their roles.

Charles R. Turrell's career in the paint, coating, and wall coverings industry began long before joining. Cochran & Mann in 2015. In fact, Charlie began working in the industry at age 16, diligently honing his skills, steadily progressing from a field crew leader to a division manager, and eventually earning the role of Senior Project Manager.

Throughout his 40+ year career journey, Charlie has been a true inspiration to everyone, clients and company owners. His unwavering commitment, humble demeanor, and positive attitude have made Charlie an inspiring figure to all of his clients and company owners, and never shying away from a challenge, he has proved invaluable to the success of the business.

Keith A. McDonald, a tenured project manager, joined Cochran & Mann in 2011 after working with a specialty coatings contractor in the light industrial energy and retail sectors. From the outset, Keith's extensive knowledge, exceptional people skills, strong organizational acumen, and unwavering ambition were readily apparent.

Keith built strong relationships with both his team members and clients. His dedication to teaching and mentoring proved to be an invaluable asset, enhancing the overall success of the projects. Additionally, his exceptional ability to form lasting connections significantly contributed to project outcomes.

Recognizing Keith's exceptional contributions, he was promoted to the position of Senior Project Manager in 2018. Since then, he has continued to excel, expanding Cochran & Mann's reach beyond the local DC Baltimore region.
