That’s the promise Cochran & Mann makes to its customers. And because of their commitment to excellence, proven track record, and trust they’ve built within their community, Cochran & Mann has been voted the Painting & Wallcoverings Subcontractor of the Year by its peers. This is Cochran & Mann's seventh time winning this award.
The commercial painting and wallcovering subcontractor located in Frederick, Maryland, was recognized for this accomplishment at the Metro Washington and Virginia chapters Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Excellence in Construction Awards ceremony, which took place at The Ritz Carlton, Tysons Corner Sept. 12.
Each year, ABC Member General Contractors are asked to cast a vote for the subcontractor they find most outstanding and deserving of recognition. Cochran & Mann is proud to be honored this year along with other ABC Contractors across 14 other categories.
The winners from each category were presented with their award at a ceremony that included an elegant dinner, open bar, and great networking with more than 600 individuals within the industry in attendance.
“The annual Metropolitan Washington Excellence in Construction awards program honors the outstanding quality construction produced by members of Associated Builders and Contractors’ Metropolitan Washington and Virginia chapters. Through this annual awards program, ABC continues its commitment to quality construction in the Washington area. We want to thank all of those who have contributed to this year’s competition, including the judges who volunteered their time, the companies that entered projects, their subcontractors and suppliers and, of course, all of this year’s winning contractors for their commitment to the pursuit of excellence in construction,” an ABC of Metro Washington and ABC Virginia spokesperson said.
Not only does ABC honor Metro Washington and Virginia’s top subcontractors, it also highlights the year’s most outstanding construction projects — many of which Cochran & Mann participated in in 2019.
